Tortes are our three-layered cakes that often incorporate liqueurs, fruits, and other flavors. Tortes are usually 8 or 10 inches, but larger sizes are available.

Carrot Cake…Three layers of moist carrot cake loaded with raisins and pecans, frosted in cream cheese icing 

Dutch Apple Cake …Three layers of gold cake filled with an apple nut streusel, frosted with real whipped cream 

Tiramisu…Three layers of gold cake laced with espresso, filled with tiramisu filling and cocoa powder, frosted in chocolate ganache 

Boston Cream Cake…Two layers of gold cake filled with French pastry cream, frosted with chocolate ganache and whipped cream
