Tortes are our three-layered cakes that often incorporate liqueurs, fruits, and other flavors. Tortes are usually 8 or 10 inches, but larger sizes are available.

Boston Cream Cake…Two layers of gold cake filled with French pastry cream, frosted with chocolate ganache and whipped cream 

Carrot Cake…Three layers of moist carrot cake loaded with raisins and pecans, frosted in cream cheese icing 

Chambord Torte… Three layers of rich chocolate cake laced with Chambord liquor filled with raspberry cream frosted in chocolate ganache

Cheesecake…Thick New York style cheesecake with a graham cracker crust
